1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • You have received the wrong product

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Customized items, fragile products such as glass décor, and items marked as “non-returnable” are not eligible for return.

2. RETURN REQUEST PROCESS

To initiate a return, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • Provide clear photos and an unboxing video showing the damage or defect

  • Share your order ID and contact details

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a store credit/refund as applicable.

3. REFUND PROCESS

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–21 business days

  • In case of store credit, it will be issued within 3 business days after approval

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

4. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds or returns will not be issued if:

  • The return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is used, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • The unboxing video or proper proof of damage is not provided

  • The issue is related to minor variations in color, size, or texture (as many products are handcrafted)

We have 7 7-day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange are accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days
