Refund and Returns Policy
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns only in the following cases:

The product is damaged during delivery

You have received the wrong product

The product has a manufacturing defect
Customized items, fragile products such as glass décor, and items marked as “non-returnable” are not eligible for return.
2. RETURN REQUEST PROCESS
To initiate a return, you must:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order

Provide clear photos and an unboxing video showing the damage or defect

Share your order ID and contact details
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a store credit/refund as applicable.
3. REFUND PROCESS

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–21 business days

In case of store credit, it will be issued within 3 business days after approval

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
4. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
Refunds or returns will not be issued if:

The return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery

The product is used, altered, or damaged after delivery

The unboxing video or proper proof of damage is not provided

The issue is related to minor variations in color, size, or texture (as many products are handcrafted)
5. REPLACE & ECHANGE POLICY
Replacement and Exchange Policy
We have 7 7-day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange are accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days
