If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us at info@deydecor.com with photos and an unboxing video within 3 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or issue a store credit.

5. Do you accept returns?

Yes, but only under specific conditions like damage during transit, manufacturing defects, or wrong products sent. Customized or fragile items (like glass decor) are non-returnable.
